Launched in 2019, Hack Diversity is an innovative solution offered by The Code To Change to our partners, aimed at evaluating and improving their recruitment and retention processes for underrepresented communities. Our team of dedicated specialists collaborates with company leadership to identify and tackle the most pressing challenges related to Diversity & Inclusion.
